I'm Natalia, the crochet designer behind Outstanding Crochet.
Born by the Arctic Ocean shores in Europe, my journey led me to the United States, where I now call home.
I studied telecommunications and economics, but my true creative outlet started early. I learned to knit at the age of 7, and though it was my first love, I never followed patterns. I always knitted and crocheted clothing for myself, creating designs straight from my imagination. Becoming a professional designer never even crossed my mind—I didn’t dare dreaming of it. It wasn’t until later in life that I realized I had almost missed my true path. At 34, I discovered crochet, and that’s when my passion truly bloomed.
What began as a creative escape has since blossomed into a full-time business. Today, I design modern crochet clothing and accessories that blend style, creativity, and practicality.
Each pattern I create is carefully crafted, with clear written instructions, detailed charts, schematics, and even video tutorials to guide you through challenging techniques. My goal is to make even the most intricate designs accessible to intermediate crocheters.
