I am Jenny Kim, Chief Overall Maker (COM) at Overall Baby ®.
Overall Baby ® was founded in 2006. It was the year I was laid off from my job in Finance and exploring other options. I started to think fondly back to a time when I worked for Smith's, a well known manufacturer of work wear items such as overalls. At Smith’s I learned the in’s and out’s of running a fashion line. It’s also where I developed my love and passion for overalls. The classic denim overalls were our main staple, but I remember thinking at the time that they were a bit boring. I started thinking, wouldn’t it be fun to take a traditional item such as an overall and reinvent it? I decided I wanted to explore my fascination with overalls, and offer a unique product, by using different prints and fabrics.
Overall Baby ® is a brand that parents, grandparents, and kids love. Our overalls evoke an immediate reaction. People instantly fall in love with our products. Parents love our overalls because they are such an economical purchase. Straps are adjustable making them long lasting. They are also durable, comfortable and easy to wear, making them practical AND fashionable.
Overall Baby ® is currently available on Etsy.com where you can view our full line of infant and toddler overalls in a variety of fabrics and prints. All our overalls are currently made in the USA. We hire seamstresses and utilize local manufacturers to produce our overalls. We are currently available in stores nationwide and have even gone international!
