Do you ship internationally and can I track my order?
Yes! I ship to most countries. All orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post Air Mail Service with a tracking number included.
How long will my order take to ship?
I ship all orders to you just as fast as I can.
Please note that if your order is placed over the Weekend or Public Holidays, it will not be processed until the following business day. You can find out Public Holidays in Hong Kong here: https://www.gov.hk/en/about/abouthk/holiday/2024.htm
Please allow 1-3 business days for me to process and ship your order.
What if I haven't received my item?
A. If the order status is In Transit:
If the estimated delivery date has passed, you haven't received the item. Please contact me, I will contact the post office for tracking the package, but they may need to take a long time to deal with. If it is established that the package is lost, I will issued the full refund to you.
B. If the order status is Delivered:
If the order status shows Delivered, but you didn't get your order. I will try to be as helpful as possible in locating the missing/stolen item and report the missing mail to the postal inspector or your local police department. But I am not responsible if it indeed was lost or stolen.
Why is my order being returned to sender?
If your package is being returned to sender (me) due to any of these reasons:
> Unclaimed
> Incomplete/Insufficient Address
> Undeliverable as Addressed
> Refusing Packages due to Customs Fees
> Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs
Once I received the return package, I will only issued the refund, which will not include the cost of the shipping and packaging.
