Planners that count rest as part of the plan
Hi, I'm Dorota, the designer behind OwnPace Digital.
I make planners for people whose energy changes from day to day: people living with chronic illness, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, or a diagnosis that's still being figured out.
Most planners assume every day is a full-energy day. Mine don't. You check how many spoons you have, pick the page that fits, and let the plan shrink to fit the day. Rest counts. Small wins count. Hard days have a plan too.
What you'll find here • Yearly planners: The Gentle 2027 Planner, dated and undated, hyperlinked for tablets • Daily low-energy planners: the Low-Spoon Day Planner, with low, medium and better-energy pages • Doctor visit tools: the Believe Me Binder, with symptom timelines, a medication history and scripts for when you're not being heard • Seasonal planners: the Holiday Planner, for getting through December gently • Bundles: everything together, at a lower price
How they're made Big, easy-to-read type for foggy days. Calm colours and plenty of white space. One job per page. Everything works printed (US Letter, with A4 where stated) or in GoodNotes, Notability and other PDF apps.
Good to know My planners are organizing tools, not medical advice. Please talk to your doctor about your symptoms and treatment.
Something not right? Message me. I answer every message and will fix or replace any file that isn't working for you.
