Playful for them. Beautiful for you.
Hi, I’m Lesley Edgar—the Australian textile and surface designer behind Ozscape Designs Art
I hold a BA in Textile Design and have spent more than 40 years creating original artwork, patterns and textiles. My professional career began in knitwear design before I founded Ozscape Designs in 2000. My designs went on to be licensed across Australia, giving me the opportunity to see my artwork brought to life across a wide range of products.
Today, every design in my Etsy shop still begins as my own original artwork, created in my Australian studio. I work with illustration, painting, collage and digital techniques, drawing inspiration from colour, nature, storytelling and the little details that make a space feel special.
As a mum, I understand how meaningful it is to create a room where your child feels happy, safe and free to imagine. My collections are designed to help you create little worlds of joy—from a playful nursery or toddler’s first big-kid bedroom to a colourful bathroom that makes everyday routines more fun.
Rather than designing isolated products, I love creating complete collections. You can coordinate your favourite puppy, strawberry, butterfly, polka dot or dinosaur design across wallpaper, wall art and selected nursery, bedroom and bathroom decor.
I work with carefully chosen specialist production partners who use professional printing methods and quality materials to bring my artwork to life. Each product is made to order, allowing me to offer distinctive designs without producing unnecessary stock. And each order is shipped directly to you for quick delivery.
If you need help choosing wallpaper, finding coordinating products or creating the right combination for your child’s room, please send me a message. I’m always happy to help.
Thank you for supporting an independent designer. It means so much to know that my artwork is becoming part of your family’s home and your child’s memories.
**Little worlds of joy for growing imaginations.**
With love,
♥ Lesley
