1 out of 5 starsExtremely disappointed in what I received. i paid quite a bit of money to have it printed on what kelly described as "quality paper" and was definitely mislead. I expected something that would be able to stand by itself but now I have to buy a frame to frame the sign. Cute design BUT BUYERS BEWARE - if you buy a sign and have her print it and pay $$$$$ for it, the quality is flimsy and not up to par. I felt mislead and the item was definitely not described correctly.

CUSTOM DESIGN REQUESTS
I LOVE custom design work. If you do not see anything in my shop that can be altered easily and want a custom, start from scratch design, please contact me with your idea and we can work together to create something special for you. Please note that due to the time-intensive nature of custom designs, my processing time is a bit longer than it would be for other items. It generally takes me about 3-5 days to deliver. Please let me know if you are rushed for time, and I will do my best to accommodate. Message me to inquire about availability/detalis.
WHAT IS A PRINTABLE FILE? HOW DO I PRINT IT?
You will receive a high resolution file (jpg/pdf) via email that you can either take to your local print shop on a flash drive/USB drive or email/upload to their website. Your printer will do all the work. Or, if you have a laser printer you could print at home, but of course, professional printing will always offer the best results. I also offer professional printing services for $1.30 per invite, this includes thick white envelopes and your choice of premium card stock finish.
WHERE DO I FIND MY "INSTANT DOWNLOAD" ITEMS
After purchasing an instant download item, Etsy will AUTOMATICALLY and INSTANTLY send you high-resolution files (PDF and JPEG) containing item(s) to your Etsy Downloads (in your Purchases and Reviews section) along with the link to print to your email on file with Etsy. You can easily print it out at home, your favorite print shop or photo printing center. For best results when printing, use a high quality white card stock, photo paper or linen paper
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FILE/WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?
CURRENT TURN AROUND = 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS - (non custom orders)
As soon as your payment clears I begin on your design and will send over to you ASAP sometimes as quick as a few hours or as long as 72 hours. Once your items are designed, they will be sent to your email. These are hi-res print ready files. If a change is needed contact me via etsy.
WHERE DO I PRINT MY POSTER/SIGN?
I recommend Kinkos, Office Depot, Walgreens for printing. Walgreens.com Does BOARD PRINTS up to size 20x30 of great quality, no frame needed.
*** CUSTOMERS RECOMMEND --->officedepot.com for the printing, WAY cheaper than most, fast shipping and they do a nice matte finish (to preserve the chalkboard look)
