The buttons were not sewn on as tightly as I like, so I did have to stitch over them, but otherwise it is wonderful! This shop was very responsive and prompt to reply to my questions about sizing. Overall, a great purchase!

Do you offer customization?
We offer customization only for dresses. A charge of €15 would be applied. A personalized item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order only if the garment is not customized. The garment has to be returned in the original condition without any marks of wear.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Does my order come with tracking?
Yes, you can track your order as soon as it leaves our studio.
Will there be any duty taxes?
Whether any custom duties, if any, will be charged depends on your country’s regulations. We do not cover customs-related taxes and do not include them in the price listed.

How should I return an unsatisfactory item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, but the garment has to be made without any personalization.
In order for a garment to be eligible for a refund, it has to be in the original condition (unworn and unwashed) and in the original package. You should inform us about the return so we can provide you with the return address.
Importantly, we cannot cover the return shipping fee.
