Care instructions
Paulova ceramics are small batch and made entirely by hand. Each piece is hand thrown on a potter's wheel. Some variations in size, glaze, clay, and surface texture are to be expected. These are not considered to be imperfections, as they are all signs of the handmade process. If you are very particular about exact size, color, or perfection, feel free to contact me before placing an order.
Always use caution with hot liquids and ensure the ceramic has cooled sufficiently before handling.
Hand washing recommended to preserve the longevity of your wares.
Return policy
I accept returns on some items. If there is no damage or similar issue and buyer simply changed their mind, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
If there is an issue with an order and buyer cannot be reached after several attempts, or if there is a discrepancy with an address provided, it will be up to my discretion whether to cancel your order or ship it out as is. The shop cannot be held liable.
