5 out of 5 starsThe collar is great. I chose the metal buckle, which is good quality, but does “tinkle tinkle tinkle” when our dog walks and wakes up my husband. If I had to do it again, I’d choose the plastic buckle. I’m still happy with it.

Hand‑wash in cool water with mild soap, then air‑dry flat. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve colour‑fast recycled nylon and hardware shine.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized collars?
Because each piece is custom‑made, we can’t resell it. If we made a mistake, or your collar arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days; we’ll replace it at no cost.
Do you offer matching leashes, harnesses, or bulk discounts?
Absolutely! Look under the “Matching Sets” section for leashes and harnesses in the same fabric. For wholesale or orders of 25+ collars, message us for a custom quote.
Will I need to pay duties or import taxes if I’m in the U.S.?
