All artwork belongs to me and must not be copied or used without my permission. Any transaction or sale made does not include reproduction rights.
My artworks are created 100% digitally. I will not accept refunds on items that have not noted that this is how my prints are created. By purchasing my work you have acknowledged this fact.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, but I want you to be happy with your order. If your art print arrives damaged during shipping, I'm happy to send a replacement. Please email a photo of the damaged item and packaging to hello@primaryblooms.com within 14 days of purchase.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, contact me at hello@phungbanh.com first. You’ll need to return the item in its original condition, and return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind after 14 days, or for art prints damaged during transit without photo documentation.
