Item is as described, my only gripe is that the box and paper inside the box smelled like smoke.

This is an absolutely beautiful piece of furniture and the purchasing experience was outstanding!!!! From start to finish the seller went out of his way to make this a wonderful experience. The craftsmanship of the product is top notch, and was beyond my expectations. He answered any and all questions and worked with me on color scheme and additions to the crate. He personally delivered our crate, which again, went above and beyond my expectations. If you are on the fence about a purchase, don’t hesitate. The product was just what we wanted.

The quality of the dog crate surpasses any expectations. Thomas was great at communicating sizes, stain options and delivery. The crate looks like a beautiful piece of furniture and blends in with our decor.

Thomas hand delivered our dog kennel so I got to meet him. He’s a very nice family guy and takes a lot of pride in his work. I picked our kennel from a photo I saw on his Etsy page and he was able to work with me to slightly change the dimensions so that the kennel would fit exactly between two windows in our bedroom. He can also customize pretty much any part of the kennel to your liking. It’s perfect and quality is top notch. Absolutely worth every penny.
