We can either use our fire branding machine to emboss initials on the leather or our laser-engraving machine to engrave logos, artworks, and quotes on our products.
For fire-branded initials, please make sure to double-check the personalization request before submitting your order and let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes.
For laser-engraving orders, kindly reach out to us for assistance and further instructions.
⟡ WHAT MAKES OUR LEATHER SPECIAL? ⟡
At PEGAI, we only use the top 3% of the cleanest hides. We only work with minimal leather finishes to accentuate the hide grain's natural beauty and embrace the imperfect elegance of nature's intention.
These finish types do NOT cover any imperfections such as bug bites, veins, fence scratches, and other markings that tell a story about the animal's life. To us, leather is a living object, and it has to be treated with respect at all stages of this crafting process.

We do our best to ship out all items within two to three business days. While we have very limited control when it comes to the courier company’s speed, please still reach out to us if ever there are any delays, lost packages, and others so we can help you to investigate this.
US customers are eligible for FREE standard shipping if the order total reaches $35 and above. We also now accept international orders which will most likely be shipped through FedEx International or DHL Express.

Do you accept bulk orders?
Absolutely! Kindly reach out to us for additional assistance. Bulk orders usually start at 20+ items.
There are marks and scratches on my product. Is this a defect?
No, marks and scratches on leather are not defects. These are on the leather by its nature. PEGAI only uses minimal finishes on these leathers to accentuate the hide grain's natural beauty and embrace the imperfect elegance of nature's intention.
These finish types do NOT cover any imperfections such as bug bites, veins, fence scratches, and other markings that tell a story about the animal's life. To us, leather is a living object, and it has to be treated with respect at all stages of this crafting process.
If you'd like a video version or tips on how to remove some of these scratches, please reach out to us via Etsy messages.
Can I personalize my items?
Yes, some of our products can be personalized. This will be done either through monogramming/embossing (fire branded initials) or laser engraving.
Logos and artworks are usually engraved using our laser engraving machine, while initials (limited to a specific number of characters) are monogrammed to the leather using our embossing machine.
However, some of the products currently cannot be personalized. Please reach out to us if you have any further inquiries about your orders!

Truly luxurious leather showcases its preserved grain characteristics.
The appearance of vein marks, minor scratches, variations in color and grain marks are not defects, in fact they are the hallmark of true artisan grade leathers.
To ensure the care and longevity of your Pegai craft:
ෆ Store in a cool, dry place.
ෆ Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or rain.
ෆ Wipe away excessive moisture with a soft dry cloth.
How do I send my logo, artwork, or requests for laser engraving?
You may send the images/requests via Etsy messages. Once our team receives the file, we will send you an illustration proof within 24 hours.
Once approved, we will proceed with engraving your item. This whole process might take at most one week (depending on the number of orders).
Which items are returnable?

ෆ These items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer will be responsible for their own return shipping method.
