Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Message us on Etsy with your photo and idea before ordering. We prepare a design preview for your approval. After approving it, purchase the correct size through Etsy checkout. Personalized artwork is included. If you already placed an order, send your photo and idea through Etsy Messages with your order number. We manually arrange production only after your design approval and payment.
Sizing details
Choose 500 pieces (16 × 20 inches assembled) for $48, or 1,014 pieces (20 × 30 inches assembled) for $58. Both prices include personalized artwork. Shipping is charged separately at Etsy checkout. Each listing is for one physical puzzle in the stated size, not a digital download.
Am I buying the exact artwork shown in the examples?
No. Our gallery contains illustrative personalized-art examples to inspire your own idea. Your puzzle is designed using the photo and idea you send us. We use AI-assisted creative tools and manual design review, and you approve a preview before production. You can also request a classic puzzle using your photo without a fantasy transformation.
How do I send my photo and idea?
Send your original, highest-resolution photo through Etsy Messages, along with your idea and preferred puzzle size. A clear, well-lit photo works best; leave room around faces and important details for cropping. Please use photos you have permission to share and print. Questions about a photo? Message us before ordering. All order communication and payment stay on Etsy.
