Anna Marie. Oh no. I’m so sorry. I remember letting you know I saw the new address was accepted and updated as we hoped. I wonder what happened. This is frustrating and I feel bad. I’m so sorry. I know it doesn’t fix anything now but I will message the printer to inquire what happened. Thank you for letting me know

The seller was wonderful very pro active and honest about shipping time as I ordered this close to Christmas he was concerned it may be delayed on the carrier end. But it showed up early and it was perfect! I would definitely order from them again. You can tell they truly care about their customers.
