Customer service was stellar when there was an issue with what I originally ordered and they replaced with TWO plants of the same kind! Before my original order shipped, they contacted me saying “The item I originally ordered did not meet their quality control standards” and replaced it with two smaller sized specimens that are absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend this store!

My plant arrived with yellow leaves, will you send me another one?
Plants may become stressed during shipping (lack of sunlight, reduced oxygen, and physical movement all take a toll on a plant during transit). Please watch your order's tracking and ensure someone is available the day of delivery to immediately retrieve the package, plants CANNOT survive being left on a porch or in a mailbox in extreme weather. Please remove your plant immediately upon arrival and provide an appropriate amount of water and light. It is normal for it to be dry and leaves to be limp, it may take 1-2 weeks for your new plant to adjust to its new home environment, this is entirely normal. Leaf yellowing or loss is normal. We strongly suggest you do not repot your new plant for at least 30 days.
My plant arrived dead due to heat/cold/carrier delay, will you send another one?
PLANTAMANI is not responsible for any damage caused by extreme weather or carrier delays. Once an order leaves our shop those circumstances are entirely outside of our control and are a risk the buyer assumes when buying and shipping live plants. Expedited shipping includes insurance at no additional cost, buyers are responsible for any and all insurance claims.
My package was returned to sender, what do I do?
If an order is returned due to an invalid/incomplete address or refused delivery, the buyer is responsible for the condition of the plants as well all costs associated with reshipping the order (this includes the cost of new plants if the plants die as a result of their time in transit). If the buyer opts to not have the order re-delivered the order will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable (whether or not free shipping was applied).
The carrier marked my item delivered but I can't find it, what do I do?
Please contact the carrier directly. PLANTAMANI is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Package theft, mis-delivery, and other possibilities are beyond our control.
How will my order be shipped?
Plants are shipped USPS 1st Class Mail (ground transport 5-7 days). Priority mail (expedited) delivery as well as Next-Day Overnight Express delivery are available at checkout.
Piority Mail shipments include insurance; claims for insurance are the responsibility of the buyer, as USPS may request to see the plant.
Buyers who opt not to upgrade to Priority Mail delivery are not eligible for USPS insurance claims and may not be considered for our courtesy replacement program.
How do I change my delivery address?
We are unable to change the address of an order once it the order has been placed, we are required to ship only to the address provided via the order page. Please ensure your delivery address is correct prior to confirming your order.
My plant arrived with spilled dirt, will you send me a new plant?
As noted in our shop terms, we are not responsible for carrier-related damage or delays. We take every precaution available to securely wrap and package your plant for safe delivery. Due to the nature of shipping, some dirt may spill from the pot. Simply replace the dirt and your plant will be very happy.
