Custom and personalized orders
We take custom/personalized requests. Proofs can take us up to 3 business days to complete depending on the volume of requests at the time the request is made.
Gift messages - gift cards
Unfortunately, we are unable to include gift cards or similar messages in the packages.
The packages are shipped out directly from our production partner's facility, and they do not offer gift card or gift message service. So we can't offer such services.

What if my mug arrived broken?
If your mug arrives broken, please send us a message via Etsy with a photo attached for proof WITHIN 24 HOURS, and we will happily replace your mug!
If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker. We are not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost items.

"Standard Shipping" - cca. 15 business days total delivery time within the continental territory of US.
"Expedited Shipping" -cca. 8-10 business days total delivery time within the continental territory of US .

What if my shipping address is incorrect?
Please make sure your address on file with Etsy is current. The PLBStore will not be responsible for any outdated or incorrect shipping information provided.
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, message us the correct address ASAP! So we can try to change your shipping address and send the order to the new address you provided.

We can modify the wrong address only on the same day you placed your order!
