PNW-inspired accessories for real life.
PNWMum — hi, that’s me — was created to bridge the gap between cuteness and durability.
I tend to be rough on my accessories (you know, boy mom). I’m obsessed with quality. I also really find joy in the simple, charming, extensions of our personality — a la keychains. I wanted to create pieces that could survive real life — work keys stuffed in your pocket; hustle from one place to the next; weekend adventures; coffee in one hand, toddler in the other. I mean, real real life.
This shop is for the moms, the bosses, the adventurers, the hustlers, and the everyday PNW babes who strive for cuteness without sacrificing strength. These might just be keychains but the symbolism runs deep.
Based in the Pacific Northwest, my designs are inspired by forests, coastlines, wildlife, and the everyday adventures that come with living here and raising boys. The colors, textures, and themes all come directly from the places and moments I love most. Think about this: the burgundy complements the purple sea stars. The mauve is a nod to cloudy mornings on the coast. The greens for the vast forests. The grays for the rainy days. Each piece is meaningful. Each color is chosen exactly for those reasons.
One thing that makes PNWMum different: I never use pre-made kits. Every component in my designs is researched, sourced, and assembled individually. I intentionally select each bead, spacer, clasp, and internal structure so the finished piece balances durability, comfort, and style. Every accessory you see is built piece by piece.
So, lets take it the next step: what is durable, what is comfortable, what is fashionable? Stainless steel and silicone: the two materials I use the most. Each keychain — whether it be a carabiner, wire loop, or bar — provides the structure and the silicone provides the softness. Best of both worlds!
Built for real life. Durable where it matters. Charming where it counts.
Everything in my shop reflects the things I love most: PNW life, good coffee, and raising boys. Whether you’re a local, a mom, a traveler, or just someone who loves the Pacific Northwest, I hope you find something here that feels both useful and personal.
Thanks for being here.
I’m really glad you found my little corner of the PNW.
