i'm giving four stars because the vendor was great i just didnt like the product because the smell was giving me more sensory issues than it was helping with

It’s kinda sticky and slimy and difficult to refill we needle is sorta useless we’ve had to use a medicine syringe to refill it

This was exactly what I wanted and it was perfect!!

if you buy from here I hope you have better luck than I did, I would recommend Amazon where I found the exact product that includes the refill for $13 and you actually receive it... if you do decide to buy here and have to file a claim I would highly suggest not canceling the claim until you know for sure that your item shipped or you receive a refund...

no stars isn’t an option. Placed my order on June 28th. When it didn’t ship by expected ship date I messaged the shop for an update, no reply. Messaged 2 more times on different days, no reply. When it past the date it was supposed to be delivered I filed a claim with Etsy, then received a message from the shop owner saying they had a death and had been away but she could ship my order the next day. So I replied that I was sorry to hear that, understanding that things like that happen. And said yes to her shipping it instead of a refund, and cancelled my Etsy claim. Did not hear back from her after that and it’s been 2 days and my order still wasn’t shipped. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had on Etsy. Unfortunately I shouldn’t have cancelled my claim so quickly, but lesson learned. She can have the $24
