I requested a few custom changes to it (remove the small zippered pouch and add a magnetic closure) and it came quickly, looks exactly as I expected and it was packaged beautifully and smelled like leather as soon as I opened the package. I'll absolutely be getting another bag from them in the very near future!

The quality of the leather and craftsmanship is amazing! I got the dark green and the color is gorgeous, I couldn’t be happier. The communication from Roma was also great. Happy to support this incredible Ukrainian business!

The bag is as describe by us, al l the additional features we described all the while, the design review and feedback process was smooth and just efficient. Did we mention that we love the bag, the leather quality, the sewing, the attention to the detail... if you're thinking about buying something here, we strong suggest you do. If you have anything you want bespoke, I cannot recommend Roma more to meet your specific needs. Thank you so much Roma, we really really love the bag!
