Items not currently in stock are processed as orders are received. Depending on how many orders are ahead of yours will determine production time. It can take up to 2 weeks for your item to be ready to ship due to busy seasons (especially around holidays) so please be sure to order early!

Items that are already complete are available to ship immediately. I try to keep as many wigs in stock as possible but they always sell out quickly. Please be sure to ask about in-stock items BEFORE placing your order if timing is an issue for you.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
No refunds or cancellations. Once I receive an order I immediately purchase the materials needed to make the item, so even if I have not started on production, chances are it is too late to cancel due to funds spent to get it started.

If you require an item to be rushed, please send me a message BEFORE you place an order. I am happy to overnight packages only if that item is in stock. I try to keep a stock of items on hand for last minute orders so please don't hesitate to ask about rush options. However please do not assume an order can be cancelled in the event you did not make arrangements with me in advance. As stated above, once an order is received the materials are purchased.
Payment
I accept payment through Etsy checkout. Please ask any questions or special requests BEFORE you place your order. Some customizations (like increased size) add to the cost of certain items.
Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number is provided. Shipping times can take 2-3 days for delivery in the continental US. Please be sure to double check your shipping address, a typo can cause delays in delivery times.

Expedited shipping is only available on items that I have pre-made in stock. I do not allow "order jumping" meaning you would not be able to pay more to have your order completed before a prior customer's order is completed. All items are produced in the order they are received.
