CUSTOM STENCIL POLICY
* Limit of three custom stencils per order. I will accept three custom stencils that are 24"x12" or smaller, per order. If you need a custom stencil that is over this size, then it will be only 1 custom stencil per order.
* Custom work is not started until payment is received. This includes sending font samples.
*Once a custom stencil has been designed, changes can be made, if needed, but it cannot be changed to an entirely different design.
*Pictures of designs with bridges will NOT be sent. Bridges are added after design approval and just prior to cutting.
*Buyer must approve the design before it is cut. Not responding to give approval, can cause your shipping date to be pushed out. Your communication is necessary to keep the custom stencil order moving forward.
* Custom stencils are not refundable.
*Custom requests will be searched in the copyright database. No copyrighted phrases will be made.
*All custom stencils are subject to be added to inventory, at seller discretion.
Since I do not charge additional fees for custom stencils, occasionally, I choose to turn a custom request into regular inventory. I do not offer exclusive designs.
*PLEASE DO NOT enter any coupon codes on your custom order. Your order may be refunded and canceled. I do not charge extra for doing custom stencils, but I also do not discount them because of that.
*If you do not agree with my custom policy, I cannot do the custom order for you. Purchasing the custom listing means you agree to my custom stencil policy.

ABOUT THE MATERIAL
All stencils are cut on 5 Mil Mylar, which is a transparent, flexible sheet of polyester film. 5 mil = 5-thousandths of an inch (0.005 inch). "Mil" is the gauge, not millimeters. They ARE reusable stencils. PLEASE ask any questions prior to purchasing.

They are clear, but once you get paint on them, you won't be able to see through them anyway. The color of the stencil doesn't matter, it's your technique that is important.

All of my stencils are 5 Mil Mylar. I NO LONGER OFFER 7 Mil Mylar.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
*I cannot provide a picture of the actual stencil because it is clear. My pictures are of signs that I have made using my stencils. However, I do have one sample picture on each listing, just scroll through the listing photos.

*My sizes are edge to edge, also the recommended board size. The actual design will be slightly smaller as to fit the board size given.

*All stencils come with bridges in them. Bridges are the parts of the stencil that hold the centers of letters like O and A in place. Also, I place bridges anywhere I feel the stencil needs one. Bridges help keep the stencil letters in place.
