Literally perfect! I wrote this shop because I wanted a jacket made that my job gave everyone as gifts before I started! Sam told me she could do it and I believed her! I’m so happy I made the decision to go with this shop! The packaging was so cute! Along with the jacket, she included a sweet thank you card and face mask (which I needed)! JUST AMAZING!

LOVE the ruching at the collar. Will DEFINITELY be back as a repeat customer! Samantha delivered to me EXACTLY what I had envisioned. Quick with responses to my 1,000 questions. Patience of a saint I tell you. She personally hand wrote not just any thank you card, but a Hallmark thank you card! 5 stars for customer service 5 stars for quality 5 stars for turnaround time (I have my personalized custom order in just 7 business days!) So, instead of 10 stars, I want to give Samantha 15 stars!
