Damaged During Shipping

If your item(s) are damaged during the shipping process you will have 3 days to notify me. No exceptions.

If something you purchased arrives broken you will receive a full refund including your shipping costs.

That's why PS Simply Vintage uses USPS calculated shipping costs. These are very accurate costs because I actually weigh your item including the packaging and box. This method of calculated shipping offers you the optimal price.

If you find something you love but think shipping is off please contact me. I will reweigh to make sure it has been calculated correctly.

I am very happy to combine items. Please note, because I use calculated shipping combining anything other than jewelry will most likely NOT lower your shipping costs.
