Custom and personalized orders
Every week many of you ask us if we can decrease the width of the bookcase from 74 cm to 65 cm, shorten the height of the desk from 78 cm to 74 cm, widen the sideboard, design legs higher than the Maxi (190 cm) or if we can make a piece of furniture in a week because the school year starts, someone close to you has a birthday or renovation is coming to an end and you need to quickly arrange the room.
We completely understand the need to resize; you want to adjust the piece to the space available and to make it work for you. We cannot say yes to all the requests but we are able to accommodate most of them. In terms of execution time, sometimes we are able to speed up the process.
Refunds/ changes/ cancellations
We do not accept refunds, cancellations, or returns.
Our furniture is made to order and the process begins as soon as payment is received.

How to assemble our furniture?
Our furniture is easily assembled and can be put together by anyone. Boxes with cabinets, drawers and a vinyl box as well as boxes with drawers for desks are shipped fully assembled. Side legs, shelves and sideboards are shipped in parts. Assembling them takes a few minutes.
The furniture comes with assembly manual. All the elements needed to assemble the furniture are available in the package. For example, it takes about 15 minutes to assemble a sideboard and about 5 minutes to assemble a stool.
You won’t have to assemble drawers or cabinets; very rarely they might need a slight adjustment.Assembling is just tightening the screws between the shelves and the legs, and you’re done!
Custom process and taxes
We will not be responsible of any delay committed by the buyers on any custom requirement , if the items are return to origin cause some problem caused by the buyer the returning cost will be charged to the buyer.
When will my order be shipped?
Your packages are delivered by FedEx / TNT, UPS and DPD (road transport, or in the case of shipment to another continent: air and road transport).
All our products are made to order - time of production depends on time in the year and the number of orders, but you can check it in particular listing.
We start the production of your furniture as soon as the payment is credited. Usually, the entire process takes us 4-6 weeks.
To be sure, please check the lead time for a specific product in the product card on our website. Four to six weeks means that the package will be shipped after about 4-6 weeks, and then we have to add a bit more time for the actual shipping process.
Care instructions
The oils we use meet the following standards: EN 71.3(the coating is safe for children's toys), DIN 53160(coating resistant to sweat and saliva), DIN 68861.1A(coating resistant to stains from drinks). The oil is completely safe for humans, animals and plants and is approved for contact with food.
It is necessary to pay attention to the proper use and cleaning of oil-protected. Do not leave wet stains from beverages, etc. on oiled surfaces. Once the liquid has been spilled, it should be wiped with a dry and soft cloth. Rough rags and sponges must not be used because they can damage the coating (not mention any sharp tools, scrapers, etc.).
The furniture should not be subjected to excessive humidity, heat or direct sunlight.
Delivery and taxes to Switzerland, Norway & UK
From the beginning of 2022 all customs charges and national VAT will be covered by Plywood Project, as all packages are sent using DDP (shipper cover all costs). Should you have further questions please contact us at contact@plywoodproject.com
How long does the delivery take?
- Europe: From the moment the package is shipped, the courier must deliver the package within 6 business days, although it usually takes about 2-4 days
- World: The situation is more complicated here because, in addition to the usual courier services, parcels usually have to clear customs. That is why they usually reach you in 4-10 business days
Sometimes shipments are delayed. It happens especially during „busy shipping seasons” such as Christmas and Cyber Week when packages are waiting longer than usual to clear customs. We are not responsible for such delays, but we do make every effort to ensure that the parcels reach you as soon as possible.
Shipping and taxes to USA
If you are afraid of amount of tax you need to pay, please contact us first. Most of our furniture are send with few packages which makes costs lower or it cause that you would not need to pay anything even if your furniture price is over 800$.
