5 out of 5 starsThird time using this shop for my cutouts. Quality of the material is great! Customer service is good too, I receive responses usually within 24 hours. Never had a problem with quality. They do not use AI filter to "clean up" the image, which is important to me, as the images I send are by artists and we do not want artwork to be modified. Shipping time depends on the size of the cutout. Larger ones seem to take a little longer. They used to ship out of California, but now they come out of Texas. It could be due to proximity. I'm in Michigan and it took shorter time to arrive from Texas. So I have no issues with this. Will be ordering from them again for my next event!
