5 out of 5 starsPositives: the quality is fantastic. We got the pad, bonnet & stirrup covers and they are all great. My daughter loves it and she uses it often. Negatives: the production/shipping of the set took an incredibly long time (7-8 weeks). The shop message said 4-5 weeks when I purchased so when we hit the 6 week mark, I’d asked for a refund which the shop declined and made me aware of the 7-8 TAT. Some miscommunication there for sure. In hindsight, I’m glad they didn’t refund because my daughter loves the set.. I just don’t think it was the best costumer service experience I’ve had on Etsy. Would I order from this shop again? Probably. Just with the mentality that’ll be 2 months before the product shows up at my door.. so order EARLY!
