All of our items are handmade to order and many are personalised specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or ordering errors once production has begun.

All orders will be shipped within processing times as advertised in the item listing at time of order, it is a buyer's responsibility to allow adequate time for your order to be handmade (as per processing times) if you have a date your order is required by. Please contact us PRIOR to ordering if you need urgent processing. 

All orders will be shipped by the customer's chosen postage method.

All delivery dates provided by Etsy are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

Once goods are dispatched, goods and any delays are subject to couriers' terms and conditions. No refunds will be issued for items delayed in transit. Items that are not delivered will be subject to the selected couriers' T&Cs before replacements are issued (this usually entails waiting a certain amount of time before the courier will consider the item lost).

In the very rare event that anything arrives broken or damaged, please make sure you get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send pictures of the packaging and contents as it arrived and of any damaged products please in order for me to help dispatch replacements as soon as possible for you.  

Refunds will not be issued for items that arrive broken however replacement parts will always be provided. Replacement parts will be dispatched on the same service as the original order postage method selected by the buyer.

All letters across my range are the same size; whether it be those in personalised boxes or personalised favours. The letters are all 5cm high, with the width varying depending on the letter. For example an I (i) is 1cm wide up to a W which is 5cm wide.

All items are sent with a tracking number as proof of postage.

All my items are subject to my advertised processing times. Please check individual items to up-to-date processing times.

Tracked 24 aims to deliver next day but are not guaranteed next day delivery services.

If your order is urgent, please get in touch prior to ordering to see if I have capacity to turn your order around sooner. I will always do my absolute best to accommodate urgent requests, although please do bear in mind that all orders require a minimum of 24 hours in the dryer.

Once an order has been posted, any delivery dates provided are estimates based on Royal Mail standard service times. Any delays experienced during delivery are completely outside of my control, and for that reason I can never guarantee delivery dates.

However I can, always guarantee my dispatch dates and pride myself on ensuring 100% of my orders are dispatched on time.

At the final checkout stage, you can select a drop down on the postage options and this will give you the option to upgrade to First Class.

In line with Etsy's Digital Product policy; there are no cancellations, returns or refunds available when purchasing a digital download.
