Standard orders will be posed with Royal Mail second class and sometimes other couriers.


Most of my items are made to order (quantities on the listing just make ordering easier) and so the 'ship by' date will be set at 5 working days after ordering. During busy periods (June, July & November, December) orders will usually take the full five working days to be dispatched - items sent within the UK should arrive within three working days after dispatch.
Items to Europe will usually take about a week after dispatch to arrive. Items outside of Europe can take anywhere from a week to 4+ weeks but the average seems to be about 2 weeks after dispatch.

I aim to post items much quicker during non-busy periods.

Priority dispatch/First Class (UK Only) can be selected if you are in a hurry for your order. Priority orders will be sent First Class Royal Mail within two working days during busy periods, but often sooner. This charge cannot be refunded if you decide to return your order.

Orders are sent untracked as standard, please contact me before ordering if you'd like to pay extra for a tracked service.


Framed orders to be shipped outside of the UK need to have the appropriate option selected as this is the simplest way to cover the significant price increase for posting these items. Etsy will allow the incorrect option to be selected and ordered but these orders will be cancelled and refunded.


Orders that are returned to me due to customer error will be subject to additional delivery fees whether re-posted or cancelled.
Examples of customer error include providing an incorrect/old delivery address or failing to collect un-deliverable mail.

If you'd like to include a personalised message on a painting, make a change of quote, font or have any other additions/omissions in the text, this can be done for no extra charge - the quickest and easiest way to do this is to add the details in the 'add a message' field when checking out - this makes sure I receive a clear note of your preferences on the invoice when I am making your order. There is no need to request a custom order unless the painting needs to be changed.

These orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once I have begun working on them.
