Painted to Remember is one person: me, Matas, working from Lithuania.

I make memorial books for pets who have died. You send me a few photos and tell me about them — the spot by the window, the walk you took every evening, the way they slept at your feet — and I turn their whole life into a watercolor story you can hold: the early days, the things they loved, the silver-muzzle years, and a gentle goodbye.

Not a photo album. Not a template. Every book is written for one animal alone, and it exists exactly once.

I use modern AI illustration tools to draw them, and then I guide, refine and check every single page by hand until it looks unmistakably like them — their coat, their markings, their collar. That is the part that takes the time, and it is the part that matters. If it does not look like them, it is not finished.
