Misspelled our item on order form

Please be sure to double check spelling. Items may be returned that have misspelling, if it does not match what was entered on the order.

Custom and personalized orders

Piggy Banks: Be sure to include if you want all CAPITALS or Upper/lower case letters. Include if you would like a birthdate, (normally placed on the ears) etc. We will email you if we have any questions or personalization suggestions.

Custom and personalized orders

Personalization is done by hand and will vary from item to item. We use an oil based paint for piggy bank personalization, and a special permanent pen for ornaments (not Sharpies).

Care instructions

Piggy banks: Gently wipe with a damp cloth. Do not scrub or use cleaning products on the personalization area.

Ornaments: store in provided bubble wrap.

** Certain hand sanitizers, lotions, or nail polish remover can affect fresh paint. Please be careful when handling the bank if these have just been applied to your hands. **
