Paintgrace

This is my first review for this amazing artist and my 4th painting from her. I need to figure out how to review the previous three! My first purchase was about five years ago and each of her paintings still put me in awe of which I will never tire. I know that she paints daily (unless life's interruptions occur), which explains how well her skills have evolved. Although I paint, I am nowhere near her commitment to her love of painting. Thank you for sharing your gift.

The painting arrived quickly and is absolutely beautiful!

I have purchased quite a few of Sister Maresa Lilley’s paintings…an autumn scene, blue jays resting on a tree branch, Raggedy Ann and Andy. I was drawn to these paintings by the color choices, by their life-like qualities and just by the feelings I felt perusing the art. The snowman is so happy. Is it the first snow, is it the silence, the solitude, the continuance of cold weather or the new blue outfit, the changed scenery. The raised arms, looking at the heavens and Hallelujah rings through the silence. (Sister Maresa also painted a rendition of me playing a clarinet.)

Amazing painting and gift!! She does amazing work

My mom loves this painting. I didn't hear from her the day it arrived, but that was because my sister, with whom she lives, had a day off work and decided to have a family get-together at her house. Mom said everyone who saw the painting really liked it.

I asked Sister Maresa to paint a rendition of me doing what I have participated in for many years…music. Sister Maresa agreed. She used every suggestion I offered to make the painting more like me personally and musically. The painting feels like me from the open vest to my seating position…freedom to move to perform. Thank you Sister Maresa.
