Frequently asked questions
My order is running late and has been delayed in trasit. I would like a refund.
I am so sorry for the delay you are experiencing in receiving your order but it is a US Postal System breakdown and is out of my control.
I cannot offer refunds for such situations as it is not my fault. I will continue to check the progress of your order through the tracking icon. You can also go to your order and click on tracking.
If it is not received in 30 days (as required) from mailing I will file it as a “lost package” with the PO.
Mailing/Shipping FAQ
Once the package is in the hands of USPS it is outside of my control and any problems should be taken up with them.
Please check your shipping address prior to placing your order. I am not responsible if your package is returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to me the buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.
I am not responsible for stolen items. If your tracking is marked as "delivered" then to my knowledge the package has been delivered. If you have any concerns about your delivery you can call USPS with your tracking number and they should be able to assist you in filing a complaint.
Do you offer Digital Downloads?
At this time, I offer physical, printed products only. Digital files are not available.
