We offer both! Physical listings (marked "Physical Product") ship as premium printed art on fine art paper. Digital listings are instant downloads you print yourself. Please check the listing title/tags for "Digital Download" or physical paper/size options to confirm which type you're purchasing.
How long does production and shipping take for physical prints?
Physical prints are made to order. Processing typically takes 2-5 days, followed by shipping which varies by destination. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What paper options are available for physical prints?
We offer Archival Matte Paper (smooth, crisp detail, modern gallery look) and German Etching Fine Art Paper (textured, museum-grade, collector-style finish).
Do physical prints come framed?
No, most of our prints are shipped unframed to keep them break-free while shipping and give you flexibility to choose your own frame style. All our sizes fit standard frame dimensions.
How do I access my digital download after purchase?
Your files are available instantly in "Purchases and Reviews" on Etsy(web & app) right after checkout and also mailed download link to you by Etsy on your mail registered while checkout. You'll receive multiple file formats/sizes to fit different frames.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since digital downloads are delivered instantly, they're non-refundable. For physical prints, no returns are done as the item is 'made to order', please reach out to us directly if there's any issue with your order — we're happy to help make it right. In special case of request for an exchange: an unboxing video is required as proof for any damage claims on physical prints.
