Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?
Because every item is custom-made to your specifications, I don't accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order. I'll send a proof for your approval before I start, so you'll see exactly what you're getting first.
Do you send a proof before production?
Yes. Every custom order includes a free digital design proof before I touch the laser. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. Proof turnaround is typically within 24 hours of your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, message me with photos within 48 hours of delivery and I'll make it right. Please hold onto the packaging — it may be needed for a USPS insurance claim. Items are insured up to $100. If you need higher coverage, let me know before ordering.
How do I match colors or share design details?
The best way is to send photos or links to colors/styles you love. You can attach photos or paste links directly in our Etsy message conversation before or after you place your order.
What is your processing time?
All orders are made to order with a standard turnaround of 3–5 business days after proof approval. Need it faster? Message me before ordering and I'll let you know if a rush turnaround is available.
What if my package is lost or delayed after shipping?
Once your order is handed off to USPS, delays and delivery issues are outside my control. I'll provide your tracking number so you can follow up with USPS directly. If something goes wrong, message me and I'll help however I can.
What if my order is returned to sender?
If a package is returned to me for any reason (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), re-shipment costs are the buyer's responsibility. Message me, and we'll sort it out.
