Before purchasing please read descriptions and see all photos to be well informed about items. Most all info I have is in item descriptions and please read policies and other info. below.
Most handmade jewelry cannot be taken apart to change and is sold as is. I can make custom orders if I have the supplies, or can order them or similar items.

Prices are based on my costs, Etsy fees, and supplies, so are non-negotiable. But please check back often as I do put items on sale sometimes.

Orders need to be shipped to buyers of those items, preferably those with Etsy accounts so addresses can be verified due to recent scams.

Items damaged during shipping or things not liked or that don't match something etc. I will refund for IF and WHEN the items are returned to me first undamaged in the same condition as sent to you. Refunds will not be sent ahead of time, for scams, or any other issues where people try to get items for free etc.

Usually, I ship orders out 3-5 days after purchase so as to have time to wrap and ship as I also work and commute long distances.

I am willing to put items on hold or RESERVE them for anyone if you like something but cannot purchase it right away, so please just ask me! :))

I will try to please customers within reason if items are lost or damaged that are handmade. Also, I can sometimes make items for custom orders depending on availability of supplies, so convo me to ask!

Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking for safety! Please understand that shipping is never free. It costs more and more each year and most companies add it into item prices in order to say shipping is free. Small businesses cannot afford free shipping and we do not like to add the costs into our item prices. Etsy also charges a shipping fee.

Some jewelry items can be shipped for less via First Class Mail but larger vintage items have to be shipped via Priority with insurance and tracking and wrapped well for protection so costs can range from $13 up to $20 and more depending on size and weight of packages, especially from East to West coast of the USA.

Vintage items are sold as is and have varying amounts of wear due to their age. I do try to find items that are in good plus to excellent condition that are clean, etc.

If broken or lost they cannot be replaced so customers need to file claims with the USPS to get refunds. Contact me first for issues within 3 days of receipt of packages.

I will be donating to worthy causes such as animal shelters which I have wanted to do for a while and will continue to do so as I have more shop sales.

Most recently in Sept. 2021 I adopted 2 Senior cats from the Worcester, MA Animal Shelter and donate there sometimes as well as the MSPCA and other shelters needing help from fires and hurricanes etc.

I have donated to The Salvation Army and Homeless people shelters such as The Pine Street Inn in Boston, Rosie's Place, and others.

I recently donated to a fund in MA that helps people pay for emergency pet medical needs called The Shadow Fund, www.shadowfundne.org which was started by Mass. law students.

Also, I donated through Petco/Unleashed to an animal cancer research fund and another to assist some local animal shelters.
