I am based in Malaysia, Selangor. All orders will dispatch from Malaysia.

How long for you to ship out the parcels?

Normally, it takes me 3-5 days to pack and drop off the parcels. However, it might take 10-30 days for you to receive your parcels.

WHY YOUR SHIPPING FEES SO EXPENSIVE??

Shipping overseas from Malaysia can indeed be pricey—at least USD12 for standard shipping without tracking and USD15 with tracking. I actually cover part of the shipping cost myself to make it more affordable for customers.

I truly appreciate your understanding, as I don’t earn much from these fees. Rest assured, I strive to provide the best quality in both products and packaging to ensure your order reaches you safely.
