Can I track my order?

We offer Tracked Shipping for all our items. We include the tracking number in the shipping confirmation, but if you need any further assistance with that, just contact us!

What if my order is delayed or hasn't arrived yet?

In this situation we encourage you to reach out to us. We can always provide a picture of your package and of the receipt from the day when it was shipped.
But please understand, that once the item is passed on to the delivery service, we are not responsible for any loss, damages or delay that might occur.
You will receive a tracking number which enables you and us to keep track of what is happening and in case of any problems, bring up a dispute with the postal services involved.

What if my order arrives damaged?
