By purchasing Graphics from us, you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

PaperAndTater reserves the right to modify the Agreement at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing Graphics from PaperAndTater, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use the Graphics. All rights, title, interest, copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by PaperAndTater.

You may not claim the Graphics as your own. You may not resell the Graphics as-is, or offer it for download to any outside source, whether for free or for payment. You may not deconstruct the Graphics, combine with other Graphics, repackage or resell as digital clipart.

- Your purchase comes with a PERSONAL USE license.
- You may use our Graphics an unlimited number of times in personal and non-profit projects, as long as no money is made.
- You may use our Graphics on your personal blog, web site, and social media account.
- To use our Graphics for your business logo, business web site/blog, or other forms of business marketing, you must purchase a COMMERCIAL LICENSE.
- You may use our Graphics to create items for sale, up to 500 sales.
- Credit is not required but is always appreciated. You can give the credit in the form of: "Art by PaperAndTater.etsy.com" on your digital listing or tag us on Instagram @paperandtater.

- Each Commercial license applies to a SINGLE Graphic Set. If you have multiple Sets that require commercial use, you must purchase a separate Commercial License for each Set.
- You may create items for sale, up to 2000 sales.
- You may sell items without providing credit to PaperAndTater.
- You may sell digital items, as long as the Graphic is not offered for download as-is, and the final product is “flattened”, meaning the customer cannot isolate and pull out the Graphic.
- To create items for sale beyond 2000 sales, please contact us for custom licensing options or purchase our Unlimited Commercial License..

Yes. You don’t need a PayPal account, you can use your credit card via their service without needing an account, or creating an account. Click on “Pay with PayPal“ then click “Pay with a debit or credit card, …” section below if you don’t have a PayPal account and want to proceed with paying using your credit card or debit card. You can ignore PayPal login process in this case.

Once payment is cleared, you can download your files directly from your Etsy account. Section "Purchases and reviews"
Note! If your payment method is eCheck, it could take 3 to 5 business days for the payment to clear - only after that can you download files from your Etsy account. If you pay by PayPal with a card or PayPal balance usually will it clear immediately.

Unless otherwise noted, all images are transparent PNGs. PNGs are versatile and can be used in many design programs, as well as word processing programs. With transparent backgrounds, you can put images over any color.
For larger image packs, we ZIP the PNGs into a compressed folder. If you need an unzipping program, we recommend WinZIP or WinRAR.

You can simply drag into your program of choice! PNG files will work with most graphic software(free, pro, online), MS Word and Pages also. You don't have to be a professional designer, our resources are available for many customers with little skills.

Yes. For your personal logo (blog, web site, and social media account), you can use our Artwork without the license. If you create any design for a business logo, business web site/blog, or other forms of business marketing, you must purchase a COMMERCIAL LICENSE.

We're not currently accepting custom art requests from individuals. If you represent a company, please feel free to contact us with your inquiry.

Our minimum purchase requirements are one entire set, so you would need to purchase the set to use the item.
