How do I send you details for personalised orders?
There are 3 ways to send me your personal information: On each product's page just above the 'add to basket' in the personalisation box! On the cart page in the "NOTE TO SELLER" box. Or, simply send us a message in Etsy!
Either way, nothing gets printed until you sign off and approve your design.
Turnaround & Design Approval
I try my absolute best to send out your first official proof within 12 hours of purchase. Make sure you check for spelling, punctuation, dates and names as you will be responsible for the final print approval! I always find it handy to get someone else to glance over, just in case you miss something!
Delivery and Shipping
All products are shipped using mainly Royal Mail and occasionally Hermes or UPS.
Once I have final sign off from you, regular printing jobs will usually arrive within 1-3 business days. For more complex printing jobs, like letterpress or foiling, you can expect your order within 6 days from your approval date. Please note this is UK-UK only.
If your ordering from overseas orders can take up to 10 days to arrive, but I'll always supply tracking so you can keep on eye out!
Refunds and Exchanges
Every item I sell is made to order, therefore I do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, if a printing error has been made on my part I will take full responsibility and ensure your order is reprinted or refunded ASAP!
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! As well as my core collections on Etsy I also love to create bespoke stationery for people, no matter how big or small - so please get in touch!
I've seen something I like, but want to change some bits!
I'm open to modifying and adapting all my products to suit you guys, so please don't hesitate to ask! Sometimes this may mean extra costs, depending on the requests.
