1 out of 5 starsI bought this product 28 days before my son's birthday party. Every other vendor I purchased items from on the same day- including a personalized shirt got me the product on time and in fact, at least a week early. This vendor did not even go to ship my product until the day after the party was done. In all the years I have purchased items on Etsy, I have NEVER had this happen. I would never purchase anything else from this vendor again. Make sure you make your purchase at least 3 months in advance or you will not get this product on time.

The order was actually place on Sept 7th, which is 12 business days prior to the party. Yes, I am running on a slower turn around time than I would like to be, but it is stated in my shop policies that that is the situation at this time. As I said in our correspondence, I do apologize profusely for the delay and have already processed the refund for you.

3 out of 5 starsIt would have been nice to have been offered an opportunity to review the layout and suggest changes before the final product was delivered. Although it did not turn out exactly as I had requested (i.e. the capitalization and word placement specified), it still looked good enough to distribute in the interest of time. I am sure it was due to space restraints, but it would have been nice if the word placement was more of a collaborative effort. Did not love it, but did not hate it.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't pleased with your invitations. I wish you would have contacted to me make the changes you desired. In my email I said "if everything looks good, they're ready to email". I would have been more than happy to accommodate any revisions you had requested.
