Will printed items look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly between your monitor view and the printed product. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.
Do you send proofs for customized items?
Yes, we send a proof for every item that is customized and not an Instant Download.
You will receive your proof within 24-48 hours to approve. Once approved, you will receive your PDF / JPEG files within 24 hours or your tracking information when the item has shipped.
Can custom or printed orders be canceled and refunded?
Due to the nature of printable items, they are not refundable.
All customized items are not able to be refunded once the work has been started. We can cancel an order before we have started the work.
How long do your invitations take to ship?
Our invitations ship 2 business day after the proof has been approved.
Do you printed invitations include envelopes and shipping?
Yes, all of our printed invitations include white envelopes and free shipping.
