Since I am a DIY'er and have some unforseen issues being limited on envelope size stock available here I had some back and forth on how many imagines per page I needed to get them printed with a printing company close to home since we were delayed in getting the invites completed when planned. Paper heart company was very kind and helpful and didn't blink an eye working with me and super quick at responding. I would suggest getting your invite or stationary needs printed through this company to save some time , worrying, and headache without needing to know technical lingo with any printing company you might work with. That's of your not familiar with printing needs like me haha! Can't wait to frame one of these in a shadow box of wedding favs. 🥰

We offer a variety of existing designs that are ready to be customized and welcome custom orders as well, send us a conversation to further discuss.

Digital Downloads:
We can fully customize a design for you and upon approval, provide you with the print ready files. You can then print wherever, whenever and however many as you would like.
Professional Printing:
We have a variety of premium card stocks available. We offer hard proofs after digital proofs are approved and a selection of expedited shipping options. All print orders include blank envelopes. We do offer digital addressing as well as calligraphy if you would like as well.
Luxury Printing:
In additional to our standard card stocks and press, we offer upgraded finishes like letterpress, thermography, foiling and acrylic.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the custom nature of our shop and product, once work as begun, Paper Heart Company can not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if at any point you are not satisfied with your order, please conversation us via Etsy. We will do our absolute best to accommodate any reasonable request to edit or re-print.
We take great pride in our products and want to ensure you love the product you receive.
Payment
We accept both Paypal and Direct Checkout. Please note if you pay with an e-check, your design will not be delivered until the payment has cleared and Etsy notifies us.

We can cancel an order and refund your purchase amount only if design and/or printing has not begun. Please send us an Etsy conversation and we can further discuss options.
Shipping
For our digital download files: once the JPG/PDF is released, you can print whenever, whenever and however many you would like.

Once the digital proof is approved, we will print the item and ship within 72 hours. Shipping times vary and will be discussed with your purchase.

Our standard shipping rate is 7-10 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). Expedited shipping and international shipping is available, just Etsy conversation us for details.
