What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of how my products are made, we do not offer returns or exchanges on your purchases, however should you have any issues with your order, reach out to us immediately for assistance. Thank you.
How quickly do you ship?
We get all our orders out as quickly as possible, you can find updated processing times at the top of our shop in the announcement section.
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Looking for something unique? I offer personalization on almost all items, and I'm always open to custom requests! Whether you have a specific design in mind or need help bringing your idea to life, feel free to reach out. Let’s create something special together!
Do you send photos before you ship items?
Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship everyday we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We do have a photo proof package listing for purchase if you are interested. We also sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @paperjoyprints
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Paper Joy Printss is not liable for packages delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen, as these circumstances are beyond our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it. For delays or lost packages, please contact the carrier directly. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier or through Etsy’s Purchase Protection program. If you suspect mail theft, you may request GPS scan data from the carrier and file a report with your local police department. Refunds are not issued for lost packages.
