However, it downloads as PDF format, which is a bit more complicated for uploading to a printing service, & the alphabet image in the listing does not match the image that's delivered. There are a couple duplicate images but there are more than 30 in the set as described.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I’m very sorry the alphabet poster was missing from your original download. I’ve updated the listing to include it, along with a few extra prints requested by other customers. Etsy limits digital download files to 20 MB, so PDF is the most reliable format for larger collections. I understand some printing services prefer JPG, PNG, or separate files, and I’m always happy to convert or separate them and send them by email. I’ve already sent the missing alphabet print through Etsy messages. Please let me know if you’d like the files in another format. I’d be happy to help make printing as easy as possible.
