Where can I print my digital art?
For the best results, I recommend printing on heavyweight matte or fine art paper — this gives you a beautiful, museum-quality finish.

If you’re using any of the above, their support teams can help with technical questions.
You can print at places like Walgreens or local copy centers, but color accuracy and quality may vary.
Home printers also vary in tone and output, so results can differ.
Can I get a custom size?
I offer ONE (1) complimentary resize per listing.

Where do I find my digital purchases in my Etsy account?
To download your files:
1. Sign in at Etsy.com (downloads do NOT appear in the Etsy app)
2. Go to Your Account
3. Select Purchases & Reviews
4. Click Download Files next to your order
(If you don’t see it, tap the small gray arrow to expand the order)
If your payment is still processing, the download button will appear gray.
Please save your files after purchase — discontinued designs are removed from cloud storage after ~6 months.
I purchased a digital item as a guest and don’t have an Etsy account.
Your download link is in the receipt email Etsy sent right after purchase.
If you don’t see it:
• Check spam/junk
• Check Gmail “Promotions” / “Social”
• Add transaction@etsy.com
to your contacts
Apple Pay / Apple ID Orders
If you used Apple Pay or “Hide My Email,” Etsy may have sent your receipt to a random Apple-generated email address.
If you can’t find your order:
