My expectations were highly met. After I submitted my friends first and last names and date to be inscribed on the ornament, personnel from the shop reached out directly to suggest using a different format on the ornament that would better fit the names of my friends. It's attention like that that will get me to review this product. I went ahead and agreed to have the ornament modified and was extremely happy when I received the final product! My friends are going to love this gift!
