Frequently asked questions
Where can I find the Personalization Catalog that includes all of the customization options?
Since Etsy has a limit of only 10 images per listing, we created an online catalog so you can explore every option in making your design extra special!

*Please Note: Not all designs offer the add-on items and accessories shown in our catalog. Be sure to read the product description on Etsy for details on what’s included with the base listing of your design.
How long does it take to receive a printable file?
Our processing time ranges anywhere between 3-7 business days. Processing times may be delayed during holiday seasons.
Once you’ve placed your order, we will contact you within 24 hours with a timeline of your design process based on the number of orders in line ahead of yours.
You can expect to receive a rough draft of your design via Etsy messenger within 3-7 business days of your purchase date.
After the rough draft is sent, you have 5 business days to request any changes/confirm your design. If we do not hear from you within 5 business days, we will email your high resolution file as is.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Due to nature of personalized digital files, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please see our shop policy and product description prior to purchasing.
Am I able to make changes to my design once I’ve received the proof?
We create proof based on the info in your custom order form so PLEASE make sure to fill it in correctly and in full. We are able to make changes on the proof, however, additional modifications have a small fee to cover our time which can be purchased separately. If there is a mistake on our part we will fix it free of charge.
Make sure to read modification add-on description before purchasing so you can be sure which option you need to buy. One modification add-on is valid for one round only. Once you receive a new proof and you need more changes you can purchase another modification round.
Modifications can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on complexity and our availability at the time.
Can you create custom orders that are not listed?
YES!
In most cases we can. We have so many options and have not listed them all yet so if you’re looking for something specific, please feel free to send us a message with your request and we will let you know if it’s something we are able to create for you.
