Paper and Pop adds a bit of 'sparkle' to every celebration with custom-designed glitter cake and event toppers. Since 2014, every item is custom made by me with love and is the perfect keepsake after your celebration. Many toppers are available in single-sided glitter (delicate), as well as double-sided (for added stability).

If you need something customized (name, colors, different numeral), add any customization instructions in "Notes to Seller" box which will appear upon checkout. This includes name, color, size, date needed at your location and any other special instructions. Samples are provided after the listing is PURCHASED upon request.

Most orders are produced 7-9 BUSINESS days after actual purchase (custom orders may take longer) and all products are shipped "Priority Mail" via USPS (an additional 1-3 DAYS) We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or undelivered packages once they leave the USPS facility. Please check your shipping address when placing your order to make sure it is correct. Shipping insurance is not automatically added to your shipment. For tracking updates, please refer to your receipt and tracking number. If there is an issue with your shipment after it has left our facility, please contact the carrier.

I reserve the right to decline any sale with full refund.

Rush orders are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Because these orders usually take more time to complete, we have limited availability! Rush shipping fees will apply (Priority Express Shipping is $21.55.) Do not order without checking whether production schedule allows expedited.

BUSINESS HOURS: Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. If you send a convo, the response will be either in the evening or by next business day. I maintain a full-time job outside of Paper + Pop and appreciate your patience.

PRODUCTION/SHIPPING TIME: There is an approximate production date of 7-9 business days for production (Monday - Friday) depending on production schedule (custom takes 9+ business days), followed by USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders between 1-3 days based on your location.

I ship everything from Southern California and will not responsible for delays due to USPS. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or undelivered packages once they leave the USPS facility. Please check your shipping address when placing your order to make sure it is correct. Shipping insurance is not automatically added to your shipment. For tracking updates, please refer to your receipt and tracking number.

If there is an issue with your shipment after it has left our facility, please contact the carrier. Tracking is provided in the shipping invoice generated. There is a NO RETURN policy on every product as they're personalized. If there is a problem with your order (shop error), I will replace your item at no cost to you. Any missing orders or physical damage done by USPS must be reported to them by the customer as each order is insured through Priority Mail. The USPS report is done by the customer, not Paper + Pop.
