Frequently asked questions
Damage
If you receive a damage package and the product was damage you must:
-Contact me immediately, the same day you receive it and send pictures of damage.
-Keep all the items, even the damage ones until the claim process is done. The claim takes about 2 weeks.
-In order to make the claim and send you a replacement you must leave the package in the post office to be send back to me. After you leave the package in the post office we will begin to make the order and send the replacement.
- I will contact you with further instructions.
Colors
All the colors of my products can be change. Message me for the color options.
Cancelations
You can cancel the order within 24 hrs of purchased. Once the item is made or shipped unfortunately there can not be any changes made.
Custom Orders

Incorrect Adress
If your address was incorrect and the package is been return to sender the shipping expenses of the new label must be cover by buyer. If when the package returns and your event date has pass or is not going to make it on time a partial or none refund will be given.
All of our items are custom made, with 3D letters, boxes and banners we can do a partial refund. With cake toppers we do not offer refunds.
Package is Late or lost
If your package is going to be deliver later than expected or is lost, please contact me to make a claim. I will contact you with further instructions.
