What is your return/cancellation policy?
We do not accept any returns or cancellations for digital downloads since they are provided automatically as you checkout.
Please feel free to send us a message for any clarifications before your purchase.
How and when will I receive my instant download?
An e-mail will be sent to the address you have associated with your Etsy account with a link for your download within minutes of your payment.
You can also find the link through Etsy: Go to 'You' - 'Purchases and reviews'. There you will be able to download your files by clicking on the 'Download Files' button.
Please note: Etsy does not allow buyers to access purchased files from the Etsy app, so you will need to use your phone/tablet browser or a computer.
Where can I print my digital downloads?
You can print the files at home or use local print shops like Staples, Office Depot, Fedex, OfficeMax etc.
How can I open my ZIP file?
Mac: Double-click the zip file in order to "unzip" it.
Windows: Right-click the zip file and click Extract All.
If you're still having trouble, please send me a message via etsy conversations and I can send you the files individually. :)
